Pros

Was great to be able to work from home.

Cons

This company cares nothing for their employees, they will promise you forever and lay you off the next day. Have made offers to many employees and rescinded them, leave people out of pocket for their licenses and bonds. Management feels no responsibility to employees, makes promises, keeps you their with a carrot then cuts you loose.

Pros

It was going good until Senior Leadership couldn't control the bleeding of funds.

Cons

-Company had massive layoff of employees the last week of July claiming it was due to market issues (yet, no other similar companies in the area did lay offs). -Postings for Loan Officer positions posted around the web are making promises that cannot be kept. There are only at this point 3-4 processors in the office, which is not enough to process loans coming in. -Members of senior leadership are doing things that are outside of their descriptions (hypothetical example- someone as leader of Dpt. A is not doing jobs of entry level people in Dpt F and is no way qualified to do those things). -Multiple confirmations that the company is going to close down in the next few months.

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience. Our entire industry got wrecked and we unfortunately had to lay off tons of employees and friends of ours, which is something that truly saddened us. We do care about all of our employees and we understand that our management couldn't handle the immense amount of employees, the new Providential.com is definitely going to have new techniques to make sure this does not happen in the future. Thank you for your feedback, we need it to better ourselves.

Pros

Able to work on your own with no one able to force you to work when you do not want to

Cons

Management is the worst ever. this is the worst company I ever worked for. Processing is slow & bad. There is No accountability at all. required to call 100's of "leads" that really are nothing more than internet inquiries. Most people never pick up the phone and there are LOTS of wrong numbers. The sales meetings are a Joke. All the people who speak at them have no Clue how to motivate a sales team. The do not realize you have to treat people well in order to get the best results.

We have recently changed the focus of our company and have been spending more time with our staff because we too believe that having a good relationship really benefits the company as a whole.
