Excellent progression opportunities and relatively good pay for the industry. Senior management panel very competent, friendly and willing to help.

Cons

Promotions are based on a "who you know" not "what you know" basis, sometimes leading to people being promoted outside of their capabilites. Job and industry in general requires high flexibility often leading to employees getting burnt out and leaving
