Ample freedom and flexibility to learn within the department and also from other department, all you need to do is to ask if it’s not laid in front of you. Great teamwork as everyone has each other's back. Company offers sponsorship on professional certificate to colleagues with potentials
Cons
Can be stressful as its outcome-orientated and focus on continuous improvement. Working hours get overstretched sometimes to support the 24x7 operation/ project.
