Pros
Pay is about average/can be slightly above average.
Cons
They break contractual agreements/disobey their own policies, benefit costs are very high and below average, no retirement, they are dishonest with pay/hours (they will mandate you work overtime and not pay you). I've worked for some great places, and this wasn't one. Recruiters make false promises and the work culture is wildy disorganized, manipulative, and stressful. There are plenty of other companies that are healthy organizations to choose from.
