Small company. Owner listens to and incorporates employee ideas for improvement. Friendly and appreciative clients. Flexible work hours & nice co-workers. Autonomy
Cons
I don't get to see my co-workers very often as they are out in the field.

Pros
A local, family-run, small business whose commitment is to delivery the highest standard of care to our clients. The team is ethical, kind, creative and hard working. I appreciate the variety in my day, and the chance to stand behind a well respected local operation.
Cons
Small Businesses have limitations that larger ones do not. i.e. marketing budgets, health benefits etc. However, I find the pros of flexibility, team work and culture far outweigh any drawbacks.
