Pros

The company believes in promoting from within and investing in continued education. The pay is competitive and there are plenty of great benefits/perks. Profit Sharing, Flex Schedules, Annual company picnic, Gym in the building, cafeteria in the building, food truck Fridays during Spring and Summer seasons, and plenty of overtime during busy season.

Cons

Some managers that have been there for over 30-years need could use guidance with how to speak to professionals and how to motivate subordinates. The the large turnaround in the finance department has a lot to do with one manager's behavior.

Pros

Great job to have for the Christmas Holiday $$. Supervisors are very approachable. Great prizes given out for incentive work. There are a few different shifts that are available.

Cons

Upper Management is rude at times. The implementation of a new software system did not run smoothly and the representatives were left holding the bag with the customers.
