I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Sweetest people I've ever worked with, laid back environment in the office, I am trusted to do my work, reasonable pay, fun culture that truly celebrates employees. Also- I have never felt so welcomed. Within 3 days of being here, I had nearly 50+ LinkedIn requests, and everyone made a point to come say hello.

    Cons

PTO is a glaring issue for anyone like me with a passion for travel- they are closed on all holidays, but force you to use your PTO, and its the only time off you're allotted. Benefits are too expensive- most people use their partner's insurance.
