      Pros

      Interesting product and problem to solve! On the cutting edge of technology.

      Cons

      A few early and key people think they can run the company on their shoulders - then I don’t understand why hire all these high caliber people if they are not needed or just used as yes people. Also the company doesn’t have a solid product market fit so communicating a value prop is very difficult. The CEO is pretty removed from the day to day so the COO runs the show - he has his favorite few and never takes any accountability on anything really. A lot of chest pounding going on!

      Run, Don't Walk, Away From This Company

      The only Pro is that the positions are remote.

      Cons

      This company is the Titanic of AI startups. Huge potential with a lot of top-tier technical people. Unfortunately the business side of the house is garbage. The founder cannot tell the truth and cannot focus. Investors brought in a new CEO. Unfortunately he has an overblown ego which causes him to push away anyone who challenges his opinion and he surrounds himself with "yes" people. He is completely clueless about AI and made a sequence of terrible decisions (hiring 100 sales people when there's nothing to sell, killing innovation, wasting tons of money on off-sites, etc.)
