Pros

Comission was good and uncapped. The team could be fun on the good days.

Cons

Very uncertain. The CEO got in moods and would fire people he didn't like or who had a few bad weeks. Very sexist atmosphere.

Fast pace, old boys club feel, good commission

Good commission and great events. There is fun to be had and good breaks over xmas if targets are hit.

Cons

However there is definitely an "old boy club" mentality and not a very welcoming environment for women (at least in the sales team).
