      Great brand, quality products, local and international manufacturing

      Cons

      Management is puppet of regional hq, no support on professional development. Everyone leaving so leftovers are stretched. Great at bending rules especially when it comes to compensation.

      Overall a negative environment, no work life balance and expected to put in many more hours than what you are paid, senior management are immature and do not provide any constructive feedback, senior management bad mouth their own teams
