Pros
- Health Insurance covered by the employer 100% after 1 month of employment - Monthly Employee Benefit (It needs to be cashed out in June/December) - Pays on time (most of the time)
Cons
- Poor work/life balance - After certain number of years, there is no room for professional growth - No flexibility with work schedule and not accommodating AT ALL (have to use your PTO for jury duty); salary-based employees have to clock in and out (factory style) - Poor HR (they act more as just payroll) and no company level or company-sponsored onboarding/training programs in place (no training = people make the same mistakes when they are new) - Usage of rigid, outdated, and not functioning software and other systems which add to the daily workload - Limited room for any improvements to be made - Some teams are managed poorly and affect the work quality and quantity of other teams
