Unorganized, protocols change every week without notice, no trainings, and heavy work load for small pay. I regret working for Psycare. Now I’m stuck due to the pandemic. The turn around is high because of lack of training and support. DO NOT apply here. Reception does front office, back office, triage plus janitorial tasks (they won’t hire cleaners). Since the pandemic our work load has tripled. We make close to minimum wage even though business has skyrocketed during the pandemic. RUN. Once this pandemic is over, I’m leaving this place FAST.
