Pros

There are only cons with these con artists

Cons

Everything! Save your Medical license and run as far as you can from these Con artists. They will make your life misrable and treat you worst than a cashier at a grocercy store. They will keep pushing numbers! and make you Illegally Bill for the services you did not even provide. Your license is at stake. They will Constanly Harrass you about Billing; They don't care if you provide any service or even see the Patient; Just submit the billing and they will be Happy. Will Keep Adding load; until you break. No Morals/Ethics/or Shame. Will constanly be on your throat even on the weekends when you are suppose to be off. No time off/ No holidays/ No nothing. They will make you Sign Agreements without telling you against you. No Breaks, No relaxation, just keep Billing/ whether the Patient is Dead or Alive; they don't give a damn. No welfare of regard for human life what so ever. Please do not work Here! Worst than Worse

Pros

Decent pay, work with a wide variety of patients.

Cons

It was the most toxic, abusive, unorganized place I've ever worked. And I have been in healthcare for 15 years. The owner does not care about abuse or mistreatment of employees, all he cares about is getting more money in his pocket. The medical director is emotionally unstable. She yells at employees infront of patients and other staff members. Providers get fired and told to go home from one day to the next, without prior notification or explanation. It's based off the medical director's feelings. I was so happy to be free from this company. She sees the RNs and technicians as tools to be used by the providers, instead of working as a team for the betterment of the patients. The pay seems like it is worth it but it is not worth the unsafe practices, putting patients and your license at risk, dealing with toxic behaviors from higher ups, paper charting, and knowing the patients are being forced to stay in a place to improve their mental health, yet some aren't event taking medications or getting psychotherapy. We go into healthcare to help people, but thats not what I experienced with psychplus. Those poor patients deserve so much better.

Pros

The salary was 150k a year. If you want to see 30-50 pts a day, go for it.

Cons

Not worth the headache or risking your license for. It sounded so nice up front. They made it sound nice. When you get there it is a complete mess. I honestly do not know how this hospital is allowed to stay open. There were so many ethical violations, joint commission would definitely have a field day here. I was actually instructed to never write that a patient is suicidal unless it’s the day they are being discharged.
