      Pros

      Relax environment. No micromanaging. Extremely competitive environment. Management doesn't restricts employees to one department we are encourage to learn.

      Cons

      More coffee half-half creamers that aren't vanilla flavor. I been working for pschz for almost 3 years, and I yet to have a serious con that I consider an issue. I had a problem one with the project management on which the CEO resolve by having a meeting with us to squash our problems and focus on what truly matters which is the customers.

      The company provides great working environment and flexibility to work from home. Busy schedules organized, everyone focused on their specialty. It is easy to express your idea or option to upper management. They will seriously consider all option. Psychz Networks has high growth potential.

      Cons

      Since is 24/7 company, thus, work-life needs more balances for night shift staff. Break-time / Time-off policies can be more details.

      Pros

      Great working environment. This is a 24/7 company. You will be given the flexibility to work from home if you can prove you have great work ethics. Everyone in the office gives off a really cool vibe except for the few but that is expected. The management will listen to your concerns and you will always feel comfortable to voice you opinions. It feels like a big family.

      Cons

      Company is still growing and at times feels like some in management are still trying to learn how to manage.
