      Pros

      Good Benefits Good Working environment, but it is depending on which branch been located. Good start up place for fresh graduate if keen to learn new thing.

      Cons

      Most of the time have to work until very late, it can be until 9-10pm or midnight.

      A safe bet if you are not overly ambitious

      Pros

      Remuneration package among the best in the industry. Average 5 months bonus. Annual increment is very decent. Attractive staff rates for housing and car loan. Work life balance is acceptable depending on which department you work at and the boss you work for. Staff dismissal is rare and unheard of except in extreme cases. Great place to work to raise a family and retire. Company prefers to hire fresh graduates than outsiders. Career progression is steady, even predictable up to a certain level.

      Cons

      Conservative culture. Company is run like a school. Management rarely listens to staff feedback. Take-it-or-leave it. Obedience, flattery and hard work is the key to success in this company. Staff not encouraged to speak up. If you want exposure and stimulation, this is the last place to consider.
