The work environment felt uninspiring. Many projects moved very slowly because too many people were involved in decision-making, which made progress frustrating at times. The projects themselves were often repetitive and not very engaging from a creative or technical perspective. The company also has strict rules around working from home, which made flexibility difficult. At the same time, the office environment was an open-plan space that was often quite loud and distracting, making it harder to focus.
