My position was unstructured and unorganized. The expectations, procedures, and processes for the position were unclear. Months later, they finally decided to develop some procedures, which should have been done on the first day.
Senior staff was very critical, ungrateful, and micromanaged everything. They do not value or respect their employees and only care about what you can offer them. The COO/CFO is EXTREMELY unprofessional, speaks negative about staff members, thrives off conflict, and has a nasty attitude. This was a very uncomfortable environment.
