Paid Weekly have the chance to make has much as you can Okay benefits can buy some of the gear offered.
Cons
Bad benefits More concerned with Dials then relationship building 100% commission. If the accounts you manage have no budget then you have no income. Can make sales as small as $5 to as big as $5000. The industry usually doesn't much spending money since they don't generate money. If there are no Grants and City Hall doesn't feel the purchase is necessary then your out of luck. Can take weeks before approval of sale on their end.

Pros
Energetic, highly motivated environment. The team will make you the best you can be. You will also get paid based on how hard you work, and though you will never be rich working here, the pay isn't bad.
Cons
You are fine until you get on the managers bad side, then say goodbye to both your paycheck and job. Management is very childish and corrupt, and will trick you into believing it is a professional environment. That is excluding the non stop cussing, sexual harassment, and intimidation. No matter how good you are, prepare to walk on egg shells.
