Pros
Everyone is friendly, and it's like working with family. They are very flexible with your schedule. It's a multi-modality imaging center, so you can work in various departments.
Cons
Benefits suck here, also they add on responsibilities to your role (of course with tour permission) but hardly give you a raise. You need to ask for a raise. Also for each additional license and certificate an employee gets the raise is less than 50 cents.
