Pros
They offer a good fixed salary plus interesting bonuses. If your are ambitious and expect a great paycheck, this is an interesting place to be. Locations and offices are great. Flexibility with holidays or studies.
Cons
Very poor leadership with unrealistic expectations. Strategy changes continually and they do not seem to have a clear vision on how to get things done. Expressing a different opinion could be very dangerous, highly stressful enviroment. Employees do not last long.
