Great clients and cool manager, not so good company. Spokane may close soon as clients are slipping.

Pros

Lory Mace was a great manager and was always willing to talk and work with you. The clients that I had at least were always nice to me.

Cons

Low skill = low pay. They book too many weekend gigs when they know they are understaffed and beg you to work on short notice. You know your home site's pay, not so much anything else until you get your pay stub.

You will get lots of hours. If there is a paycheck problem they will fix it. Employees who last the first few months have shown they will take the job seriously and are ususally really good coworkers.

Cons

A lot of people getting into security do not take the job seriously and do not last long, leaving the good ones to pick up the slack. For most employees this is a minimum wage with typical poor benefits and time off, and lots of overtime due to high turn over. When I worked there, a person's starting assignment and shift was where they worked until they quit. There was little chance of moving up or a raise. During my there my client and coworkers did not think much of this company.
