- Company is constantly growing so there are constantly new opportunities and challenges - Direct communication with mid and senior level management without the red tape - Ability to map out your own roadmap of development to meet company goals & objectives - Ongoing support reference professional development with performance-based pay reviews - Great co-workers who have a positive outlook on life - Ability to earn a little extra each year with project / performance-based bonus schemes - Finally, as the title says "Meaningful Career Progression"
Cons
No company is perfect!. Every employee at Pulman is provided with a 30-minute lunch and two 10 minute breaks, providing an extended lunch would provide a better work-life balance.
