Great up to date ALS equipment.

Cons

The company culture can be a bit offensive in the way people communicate things . The word “ Stupid “ is thrown around a lot in so called professional settings such as company emails and memos hung around the office ! Definitely makes it uncomfortable that Mangement doesn’t know to communicate things respectfully. Constant holdovers .

Coworkers are so very amazing.

Cons

Staffing. Scheduling. Burn out. No one cares about employee safety. Profit > patient care. Pay is low, but attempted to be disguised by call pay. Communication is terrible. There people working positions in which they are not qualified to work. Not certifications wise, but actual intellect wise
