      The company has great benefits, pay is competitive and stock options are great

      Cons

      company as a whole is decent but it really depends on what group you are in and who your manager is (true for everywhere). Employees don't get much say about what goes on within their own groups.

      One of the most unprofessional and sexist work environments I've ever been in. Management is completely oblivious.
