      great people, good culture in my dept, ceo needs to be sidelined

      Pros

      Great people, diversity, great product that' worth selling. Great hands on experience. Taking a job here is not a bad idea. if you can stay through all the bs, good luck

      Cons

      CEO/Founder is a mess and out of touch. Lots of turnover with #1 reason being the ceo. senior management cannot get their ceo to stop micromanaging. just cause you have a great idea does not mean you should be the ceo.

      Pros

      Great people, great long-term vision. Punchey has enormous potential and could go very far.

      Cons

      Leadership's short attention span. The company seems to change direction *literally* every few hours. Plans made at 9PM the night before go the opposite direction by 9AM the next morning.

      CEO Micromanages and Fickle-Minded

      Promising startup with awesome engineers on the backend.

      Cons

      CEO micromanages and changes his mind often and cannot stick to a plan. Office environment is bad and has no balance. Company does not encourage further learning. Poor salary structure.
