Disappointing because it could be easily so much better!

Pros

Great team (was a big reason I stayed as long as I did). Really fun, interesting and diverse workload. Opportunities to develop your skills and try new things. And of course… Chocolate

Cons

Salary not competitive or in line with responsibilities. High volume of workload due to mismanagement and being under resourced (stressful). Limited growth opportunities.

Pros

I worked for the company for few years. If you are a student, this company is good to start. Interns get good experience, and some peanuts as a compensation. Also valuable experience to pay attention for salary cut when you extend your internship.

Cons

Management won't let you use education benefit ($2000 a year as per company policy) CFO has no power, do not trust any his word. Even written promises he makes must be approved by director. Don't be shocked with management Christmas lunch. Homeless get more. Company benefits will cost you over 6% of your salary.

Pros

Get to sample chocolate and nuts etc., for the most part, my co-workers were great and I made some good friends

Cons

poor upper & middle management, pay & benefits, policies that only apply to some and not others, unhappy workers
