Upper managements is horrendous, bait and switch hiring, constant lying, will give you a raise and then take it away, changed my shift 7 times before telling me I was the reason for everyone quitting. Low pay, and pay men more than women. Any company that tells you to not to talk about your wages is doing shady things. I worked at the grow and not the dispensaries. Micromanagement at its finest. Will eventually have a lawsuit with the way they fire people. I wasn’t fired, but chose to walkout. Racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia was rampant in the company.

Their employee retention is awful. They do not promote from within. It's funny when people hit their 2-year mark they find their selves on the other side of the door.
