      35 hour work week with benefits Skilled team that works well together Product gifts from clients to test Opportunity for growth in the future Relaxing office with a view of the mountains Location in gunbarrel makes it easy to avoid Boulder traffic Very thoughtful owner who believes in his team and clients Break room in the building and lots of nearby food options Multiple clients from different industries which make the work more creative and engaging Apple products and Asana/ Slack project management software allow for easy organization and teamwork

      Building temperature is unpredictable so be prepared with layers

      Pros

      Great office location in Boulder, CO 7-hour days /35 hour work weeks and benefits. I worked for Pure Strategic for 6 years and have nothing but fantastic things to say about the founder of the agency and my co-workers. The founder constantly strives to provide a great culture, work-life balance, growth, and always treats each employee fairly and with respect. I highly recommend working with Pure Strategic. Pure Strategic has a great client portfolio and a sterling reputation in the industry.

      Pros

      The CEO really cares about all of his employees and the team members are all incredibly supportive and want you to always succeed. Huge emphasis on work/life balance and making sure you have the ability to check out when you leave and leave work in the office.
