Pros

People are helpful Pay is good

Cons

There was no proper guidance for new employee, first three month I was not sure what my roles was and how I should be working. I was given to managed dead accounts(means client wont receive call neither replied to emails) maybe they are expecting little much from the dead accounts. I believe there was no role for me, only hired because someone is going on the maternity leave. I was lost first three month and its frustrating to know that it's my first job after graduation, when the girl left on maternity leave, then I started to working properly. So much drama, my manager point out the error I made initially, also told my target for the first quarter would be double without dicussing with me around end of the Jan in front of HR. They're technically blaming me to look good from their end, asked to sign PIP ,I knew this is not the place to work for me, decided to resign. I was accused to have an interpersonal communcation issues, when I standup for myself. Asked to work when I'm on holiday.

Pros

PureSpectrum is an awesome company that has many benefits for employees - the company pays market value salaries, has great commission structures & bonus offering + they offer unlimited paid time off, meaning you can take as much leave per year as you like + the company lets you be responsible for your role and particulars, meaning no micro managing + you can make decisions on things you manage/control (meaning no red tape and delays)

Cons

Pros

Benefits are decent Can join 401k after 3 months 401k match Most people are very friendly

Cons

There has been a big culture shift at this company, it is no longer the friendly we are all equal place it used to be. There is a clear hierarchy now within positions and clear perks associated with being higher up or sales (all expense paid trip to Hawaii for top sales person, nothing for other departments). Very unequal mandatory office attendance now being enforced, most regions don't have an office so there can be no enforcement, southern CA is now being tracked on a person by person basis of how often you come in, no notice was given to employees of this new process and messages were just sent out saying you need to make up your days for the month or else. Policy would be fine if it hadn't been executed in such an underhanded way, policy is also not being evenly enforced across departments and positions even within the southern CA area. No attention paid to distance employees live from office, people who live 40 miles away are expected to come in just as often as those who live down the street.
