Pros
I do not consider there to be any pros with this employer. Their conduct during my time with the company was very unprofessional.
Cons
- Zero support for new colleagues. You are thrown into the job with no guidance what so ever and are expected to complete tasks to the same standard as experienced colleagues despite it being your first few days with the company. - Extremely difficult to manage tasks and workload effectively. As mentioned above, you will be thrown in at the deep end and given several projects to work on immediately with other managers handing more to you despite knowing that you're still getting your bearings. - Unsupportive, back-stabbing and highly uncooperative higher management, - Confusing holiday policy and booking system. - Severely underpaid for the workload, stress and environment that you are subjected to. - Be weary of upper management trying to catch you out and find a reason to dismiss you.
