The CFO was an awesome dude. Thoroughly cared about his employees and did everything by the book. Lots of respect to Steve G. Field technicians were super friendly and helpful.

Cons

Chaos. Had to learn A LOT in a short time, which is fine, except things fell through the cracks during the learning process. Outside salesmen were unreasonably demanding.

Hiring from Within, management listens to concerns, good salary, good benefits, plenty of learning opportunities, free travel to some nice places occasionally, teamwork is encouraged, growing company embracing technology.

Cons

Some new hires are not utilized to their full potential causing some turnover in lower level employment, can sometimes be hectic, sudden unexpected travel is required occasionally.
