      Pros

      They can give some flexibility around your specific lifestyle and needs to be capable to work as much as you are able. They try to be thoughtful, try to compromise if something comes up that changes things round. They want you to be open if your have difficulties outside of work that could effect you working to try help weather it is mental or physical.

      Cons

      Sometimes if things have to be changed round it can be frustrating but we all try to understand it can happen at times. Some situations can be stressful and sometimes it can feel a lot of pressure and weight on your shoulders takes a lot of will power to get passed situations.
