      There is a great team on the floor that is willing to work for the right management and leaders

      In the Bahamas there is a political aspect to the job and work permit that can highly impact your job if you are not Bahamian.

      The new accounting team that was built is great to get a long with and is very diligent at their work.

      Cons

      Not the best when it comes to work life balance. It seemed like you were working in a cell block with little to no perks.
