Pros

Some very good folks to work with and learn from at the Manager level and below.

Cons

In a constant state of management flux and the folks that are given the privilege to lead are not interested in the product or the people they are there to serve.

Pros

It depends on your department. If you have a cool boss your work life is better.

Cons

A lot of hours and unequal pay. If you have been there years, expect to make substantially less and work more. I used to feel like I contributed and had a say but now I better do what I am told or else.

Chaotic environment run by bad management

Pros

My co-workers are nice and work hard to help the deaf community. There's free coffee in the break room. The offices are decent, but not great. It's a cube farm.

Cons

The upper management of this company only cares about one thing -- increasing minutes. That's it. They twist spreadsheets to squeeze every last minute out of the customers. If you're not making your numbers, be prepared for the wrath of management. Also, the CEO changes strategies every week. He doesn't understand that implementing a plan can take several weeks to a month to take hold. It's immediate gratification, or else. Plus, monthly meetings are nothing more than lip service in a feeble attempt rally the troops, when all it really does it beat them down. I'm surprised the FCC hasn't done a deeper dive into the company and see how its managing to rack up minutes.
