This company was good until Ingenio bought them five years ago. I worked for this company for nine years and had over 10,000 positive reviews. I had multiple clients who I talked to every day who needed my help and look to me for support. I respected all of their rules and regulations and did everything respectfully and according to their terms and then one day I just received a simple text message on my phone saying that my account was disabled. There was no explanation why all of my reviews were gone. They just destroyed nine years of all of my hard work in a text message and this has happened to multiple advisors also from multiple advisors on Keen because Ingenio owns them as well and there is absolutely nothing the person can do because in the contract it does state that they can fire you at any time in anyway with no explanation from them. I never even knew that untill after. It’s truly heartbreaking and not fair. And a total scam.

This company has many unethical practices that border on illegal. They will make up blatant lies on why they deactivate your account with absolutely no accountability which will affect your income greatly no matter how many years you have been loyal to them and given then your loyalty and expertise out of the blue you will look and for no reason your account is deactivated. When you ask why they will make up a lie. When you ask them for proof to back up what they say they deactivate your account for they will go quiet and ignore you. This company feels like it is run by demonic energy. They run sales constantly with no for-warning to the Psychics and take the deductions out of your pay that you have no say so in and without allowing you to raise your prices. They set the tone for harassment of the psychics by allowing no block button even when it is clear that a customer is showing harassing and bulling behavior towards psychics. The energy is low vibrational from management which attracts low vibrations energy vampire suckers. They allow customers to contact you even when you are done with their reading and if you do not keep responding to clients ( for free) after the session is over the clients are allowed to leave you a negative review. Which means they leave a chat box open that grants access to the psychics after the reading is completed and the customers use it by continuously asking questions to get free readings. This is a soul sucking company. If you do decide to work here you will have to constantly take spiritual baths and block and protect your energy. 99.9% of the clientele here are energy vampires and ONLY want to hear fairytales. Customer service supports this type of culture and they take forever to respond to any request or complaints from psychics. They will cut your pay percentage out of the blue with no explanation. This company borders on practices that can be deemed as illegal. My advise is to steer clear of working here. It is so bad that I am going to report them to the better business bureau.
