Co-workers were a fantastic group of people, and all became fast friends. Fun work environment. Decent pay.
Cons
Management is VERY into being to be the "big fish" and presenting an air of importance in business world. To accomplish this, he goes on hiring binges and increases staff size well beyond what he's able to pay; as a result, he runs out of money and pulls back to a "one man show" by firing everyone on board. The team I was a part of was fired by EMAIL while we were attending an off-site meeting that the manager failed to attend. Stay away from this guy!
