Great Idea with Worst management

Excellent concept in India to provide such services for Medical Data Record Management and warehouse Management

Cons

Too much late salary like if u r base employee then in third week of next month and if u r in management then no fix date or month but not before 2 months for sure. Worst management by Pooja mam and Deepak sir who is trying to handle things which are not Thier cup of tea Company is Out of working capital and funds. So many loop holes in software.

1) Young Team 2) Supportive Management Team 3) Friendly Work Culture & Environment, No Politics within teams & members 4) Quick communication 5) Less Hierarchy; Simple functions & processes 6) A great place to work in terms of learning exposure 7) Provides good level responsibilities & accountability in the job role 8) Company has an Innovative products, which makes it a prominent player in Gujarat; the products have great potential, due to which the company has a great future 9) The kind of role and work opportunities & responsibilities you get over here, you would hardly get them in big companies, where you are expected to do monotonous work on day to day basis, but over here it is not so

Cons

1) Being a young company, creation of effective need based SOP's can take time 2) Streamlining various processes, which are effective and need based can be a challenge for any young company
