Pros

If you are a fresher and want a job desperately irrespective of salary , then this is the place for you. Friendly people all around. Salary paid on time.

Cons

Have seen lot of people saying flexible timings and good work culture .All those are absolutely false. It used to be that way few years back. There will be people all around you waiting to suck your last drop of blood from your body. Work life balance is something you can’t even expect. Expect your spouse to take divorce if married when you work here. Employees are given ZERO importance and needless to say, you are not treated as an employee unless you stretch in the nights and weekends without any extra benefits.... There is no clarity on the definition of management. Sometimes some leads , architects take some important decisions and some other time they say CEO is the boss. They themselves don’t have clarity on this. Salary hikes are never given on time, and don’t expect good numbers on your hike letters. Management will play with you even when you are in your notice period. Last but not the least, HR is just for the sake of formality and preparing employee related documents here.

Pros

A down to earth Founder, Mr. Sridhar and CEO, Mr. Bharath and Senior Engineers like Mr. Hari and Mr. RK. Can't imagine anything more…

Cons

All the positive reviews here seems to be paid. You can refer to any real employee for genuine review. 1. No career growth - Management never bothers about career growth of employees. 2. Absolutely no career growth - No career growth until and unless you are a favorite.(performance hardly matters) 3. Horrible pay hikes - A few handful of favorite employees get much more than market value and the rest get much less than market value.(Many a times Rs 1000 as annual hike) 4. Hell lot of politics - If you are good in politics and flattering the senior management, its the right place for you. 5. Favoritism and Nepotism - If you are not favorite then you are an outcast. 6. No Perks - Don't even dare to think about that. 7. False Promises - Management will try to lurk you with false promises which are never fulfilled. 8. Illogical and Brutal Project Managers - They just want to see the world burning. 9. No Transparent policies - Policies gets varied throughout the year and is different for different employees. 10. Human Machine - Humans are treated as robot, they want the employees to work for 24 hours a day. 11. No good Social Events - Introverts will like this place. 12. Excuses - They have excuses for all the above. 13. There is no option for 0 stars, so I gave 1 star to all.

Pros

Except for treating employee as an account. I have not got a single positive vibration here...

Cons

Micro management, politics, hired for company and then sent as contractors to GE and Honeywell. Those companies talk in terms of work load per day...for 8 hrs you would be given 13 to 14 hours work. On top of it...treated inhuman ways. Do not join here.
