You aren’t micro-managed; instead, you’re given the "what" and "why," and you have significant say in the "how" (architectural decisions, design patterns, etc.). Collaborative Culture: The "clan-like" culture means engineers actually talk to each other. Cross-functional collaboration between data science and engineering is smooth. Growth Path: There is a clear appreciation for technical excellence. If you want to dive deep into AI/ML integration or stay on the management track, the doors are open.
