- Working on a variety of different projects and so exposed to tech stacks and frameworks that I hadn't used before. - Given learning development time and budget to get familiar with these beforehand. - Good culture and friendly colleagues throughout company. - Open to taking on staff that are new to the industry (eg. graduates from coding bootcamps)

Cons

- Roles are fully remote currently with no office available to work from (may be seen as a pro for some). - Work can be sporadic at times - very busy one week, and then much quieter the next - which takes some adjusting to.

Given lots of responsibility and trust to complete projects. Also, my job title is Ruby on Rails Developer but actually, if you want you can have the opportunity to work across more stacks since there are some projects that use NodeJS, React, and Vue, for example. There is also time allocated each month to pursue personal development goals. The founder, Nick, is also very easy to talk with and inspires a collaborative and learning atmosphere

Cons

Some projects don't have as much project management oversight but this gives you the opportunity to shape the project more and suggest solutions for the client
