Mostly very nice people are working around; committed, industrious, polite and positive.

Cons

Very unhealthy atmosphere is cultivated by ownership: arrogance, unappreciation,favoritism, empty promises, and not stop drama. HR exists just to protect owners and to manage somehow tremendous traffic of employees. Instead of appreciate and keep already trained hardworking people, they waste money for never ending re-hiring.

Pros

Good benefits package for full time. Good HR, the pay is always on time. Flexible hours for part time. Locations are close to transit.

Cons

Store managers are petty, gossip too much and like drama. They constantly blame department managers for their mistakes. Poor customer service from store managers. They will promise promotions and raises and then get rid of you before it ever happens.
