No micromanagement and somewhat flexible hours. Decent vision, dental, and health insurance. No gym membership required as all equipment in store can be personally used.
Cons
No training and no help with leads or traffic into store. Entirely reliant on Facebook for generating traffic. Very low 401k match. Store may be dead during summer and there's not much you can do about it. You also WILL work weekends.
This is closer to a retail job than a corporate sales job.
