Pros

The manager seems like an okay guy and he does what he can to help you be successful.

Cons

The interview process is very misleading. They make it seem as though it is a great entry level marketing opportunity only to later reveal they want you to sell Direct TV in Sams Club. They are not straight forward about compensation, constantly saying that you make $400 a week PLUS commissions when in reality you have to hit a commission floor before actually making any extra money. The whole thing seems like a scam to be completely honest. I would not recommend taking this job, but if you do ask direct question and keep in mind they may not be telling you the truth.

Pros

Push Play Inc. offers a management training program that allows an employee to grow and advance into higher positions faster than normal companies. The program teaches employees team leadership, sales & marketing techniques, budgeting and finance, and how to manage customer service, administration, and sales employees. There are even many travel opportunities available as well. They do offer a guaranteed base pay and there are always opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses. It's a fun environment with great people to work with!

Cons

Everyone has their own opinions and thoughts of their employers, some positive and some negative. Personally, I do not see any cons to working with the company.
