      Great place to work, so sad to leave!

      Pros

      They have a great group of co-workers that are such kind people to work with. Leadership allowed me to change roles from project manager to designer, which was a great experience.

      Cons

      They are remote so in-person interaction is limited, but they do a great job creating culture via the annual company retreat and occasional happy hours!

      -Small agency feel with big name clients -Supportive leadership -No "B Team" employees; everyone brings something interesting to the table -Flexible WFH environment -Substantial education stipend -Change tends to happen quickly (little bureaucracy)

      Cons

      -Because it's a smaller agency, career advancement is limited -Though it's better than any agency I've worked at personally, work-life balance can sometimes be an issue when multiple client projects overlap -Health insurance options could be better

      Pros

      You get to do work that actually makes a difference. Your ideas are heard and given the chance to be implemented. They know where they are doing and do it really well. Everyone brings their A-game.

      Cons

      UX was hard to fit into the tight process as clients weren't expecting UX Strategy or many times did not understand it.
