Pros

Most genuine team all around, who deeply resonate and relate to the customer A ton of growth opportunities for those who want it Smart and fun teammates and a team you don't want to let down A place you feel like you can build your career at, with people who have been here for 10+ years Most tech-forward gym management software out there AI is a key focus, which is rare in this industry

Cons

Org going through growing pains as company scales Needing to put in more systems and processes, which seems common to other startups

Previously a genuine, growing company. Increasingly toxic and opaque.

Pros

Remote work, good pay and benefits, company computer provided, monthly wellness stipend, monthly internet reimbursement

Cons

Culture has been poisoned and it increasingly shows. Beloved, award winning employees have chosen to leave. Talented, long-term employees have suddenly been let go with no explanation. Communication from leadership is sparse and increasingly disconnected from reality. New leadership is installing an unrecognizable culture and employees are unhappy and scared. Unlimited PTO was just removed and replaced with 15 days.

Company in free fall

Pros

Smart coworkers. Good product. Remote.

Cons

There are signs that the company is beginning to crack. I've seen several coworkers disappear recently with no explanation from leadership. Two of the three had been at PushPress just around 3-4 months and had been ramping up fine. Makes me think something bigger is going on. Expectations / WLB has been much more demanding over the past year as we navigate a harsher environment.
