-Anyone can get opportunity to learn as much as they can from the company . -Everyone gets platform to showcase the talent and get some confidence . -Good working and growing Culture . -For Learning oriented people it's a very good company .For Money oriented people it will become hell .
Cons
Big Project due to which the project will take time . Need to Plan sometime so that people can be retained after 1-2 years in the company
