Cons

Pay is low. They contract you to train overseas, cheaper employees and then get rid of you. Very rude management.

PuzzleHR has a collaborative, supportive, and genuinely talented team. There is a strong sense of ownership and accountability across the organization, and leadership is innovative, continuously improving tools, systems, and processes to better support both employees and clients. The company has a clear mission and provides meaningful client work, along with opportunities to grow and gain exposure across different HR functions. It’s also an evolving organization that remains open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Cons

Some recent benefits changes were disappointing. As the company scales, there can be overlap or lack of refinement between service lines. At times, workload can feel stretched due to growth and evolving structure. Total rewards could be more competitive, and implementing an annual bonus structure would be much appreciated!
