      Pros

      Suitable for freshers for their career starts only but not sure to get experience letter.

      Cons

      1. starting salaries is same for everybody irrespective of their education:Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech also. 2. After you complete the project with your hard work in a remote area, you may not get the full benefits various expenses from company side. 3.They don't want quality of the person but need any person with cheap rate for their jobs.
