Good clients and learning here, also there is permanent work from home. Team member and leads are good, guide you well. Approachable and connect on calls often to help.

Cons

Can streamline work better sometime.

Good learning for freshers only

Cons

No value of employee, worst work culture, no stability of job, people pressure is much more than work pressure, no flexibility. Not disclossed the incentive policies clearly at joining. Even at glassdoor they themselves put essay sized comments for making good reputation (which normal employee never write in that manner) Neither good clients nor experienced employees(except 3 employees in whole team).

Pros

Initially they give a nice package and project it is a great place to work.

Cons

When appraisal time comes, they are at their bad.Very bad people management.Attrition Rate is very high in the Organisation...finally they are signing a bond with employees for one year...
