Pros

The interview process was relatively quick and easy. I had 4 interviews in the space of four weeks, although one week was not available due to a company offsite. I had a positive interview experience, and each interviewer was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I received word of my offer within the timeframe they promised (one week).

Cons

No cons about the interview process, although I'm not a big fan of Wellfound.
